Future 2001 has been designed for spreading materials like denim, velvet, canvas that are heavy and can stretch in more than one dimension, as well as spreading extremely stretchable fabrics like lycra, knitted fabrics, etc. Material feeding is done by unrolling the fabric by means of conveyor belts, which move in synchronization with machine's spreading speed. Dancer-Bar system used in the machine enables the fabric to be spread without any tension on. This system is used to adjust the fabric feeding speed automatically by sensing the possible tension or looseness on the fabric by Dancer-Bar that is controlled by computer connected Linear Optical Sensor. Standard Encoder system, to provide accurate measurement of the marker length, programmable to the layer length to be spread. Splice places can be set into the PLC memory and when required the machine can be returned to the nearest splice point automatically.
