KONSAN SUPER, is a powder that is used for cleaning of fusing press belts and hand iron surfaces. It removes adhesive residues easily. When used periodically, KONSAN SUPER preserves operating surfaces and prevents them from accumulating of adhesives and other materials. It also provides a more slippery surface. KONSAN SUPER improves mold release with its high viscose silicone components. KONSAN SUPER does not contain any poisonous components in solid and melted conditions. When melted, it does not release any poisonous gases. Melting temperature is 149oF. When melted, it does not damage surfaces and belts. KONSAN SUPER is not flammable under melting and normal fusing conditions. Ignition point is 473oF. KONSAN SUPER does not absorb humidity.
